So that brings me to where I have been. House hunting. Ugh. It is so hard and we are pretty set on somethings that we want. I guess that happens as we get older. (Hee hee) We have found some homes we like. We are choosing and getting ready to make an another offer. I am so amazed at how people will build a home half a**ed and expect top dollar AND not want to fix anything. Grrr.
Webkinz has gotten crazy. My girls and I each have 3 now. We have fun sending each other stuff and little notes. All the options for notes or chatting are predetermined by the site. You are not allowed to make up your own phrases. It's safer for the kids that way. Our rule is that you can only chat with family or mom approved friends; which we don't have any, because no friends have asked for approval.
We have been packing up and moving stuff out of our house. 10 years and 6 people leads to A LOT OF CRAP! It is also the rule for selling. Your house can't actually look like you live in it, so you pack it all up, move to a storage shed and pretend to not be frustrated when something you need is buried in a mountain of boxes and storage bins. :(
Monkey Wrench and his girl, Shelby, went to prom. They had fun. They were late to promenade because the dinner wait was long and the waitress was slow, but they had a blast so it's okay. So to make up for the official announcement I will announce here that- "Monkey Wrench's Shelby is escorted by Monkey Wrench."
He had her pop balloons to retrieve puzzle pieces that she put together asking if she wanted to go to prom with him.
She had him color a picture to get her answer.
She looked high and low for a yellow dress, but she couldn't find one. She did find this beautiful princess dress. They look good, don't you think? I sure do.
He's doing quite well following his knee surgery the week and a half earlier.
He did not have what they thought. They were scoping for a menescal tear and thinking they would need to do a lateral release. Email for detail. Toooooo long for here. But it turns out that he just and Medial Plicae Syndrome. (I probably slaughtered the spelling of those medical terms. I'm not in the mood to look them up right now) So they just took the unnecessary ligament out. So no crutches and he was cleared for reconditioning under the schools sports medicine director and released to begin training for football on Monday. His other knew will be done following the season. The right one was so bad that he wouldn't have been able to play had it not been taken care of.
Well, I think that's about all for now. Comment away.
