My right ribs started hurting. At first it was only a little, but within a few days it was painful to breath. I did the normal thing for me. I called my chiropractor and got right in. He has me lie face down on his table and mentions that I am really tight in my thoracic area (middle to upper back area).
I told him I knew that. I can't put pressure on my chest and I'm holding my muscles tight.
That's it. Table goes up and I go back down with it on my back. Well it turns out that I had this condition called Costchondritis! What is THAT?! How did I get it? How do I make it go away?
Well 2 weeks later and I am still using ibuprofen to manage the inflammation and it seems that it is related to my Fybromyalgia and my Rheumatoid Arthritis.
At least it healed faster than a broken rib!
