A Post About Random Things That Made Me Happy This Week

I got an awesome Easter card in the mail from Nancy Face. I loves me some good mail.

I had lunch at Olive Garden with a good friend from Vegas. I can't wait for summer and her and the fam to move back.
These girls have known each other since they were infants. They both reacted this way when I pulled out my camera. Silly girls.
(I totally love their faces and drama)

This morning Tree Monkey had her dance pictures. I'm looking forward to seeing them. She had a bad attitude about it so I sent Hubs with her. He made her laugh. He's awesome like that.

**(Currently, as I write this, the girls are holding the kitty, Sox, like a baby. It is funny. I feel bad for the poor kitty. He just wants to play :D)**

I drove my brother, my SIL, and another couple to the airport. They are going on a cruise. I'm so glad for them.
I WANT to go on a cruise.
Heck, I'm just ready for a vacation period.
They will have fun and I will pick them up when they get back.

The highlight of our day was attending the BYU Ballroom Dance Performance. Spectacular!!! We know one of the tour team dancers and love to try and spot her.

There is a reason they are undefeated. They are amazing. I took some pictures to share with you. This is a new annual tradition for my mom and me. Hubs usually goes, but had to work today. Sad. I took my girls and a little friend, since I had extra tickets.

Opening Number
Viva EspaƱa

Shake a Tail Feather
Cool Dresses- Lime Green

Micgalaxy- In the dark with florexcent lights and amazing outfits.
A fun number.

Don't Mean A Thing

A little video I wasn't supposed to take.
I love this kind of stuff.

It's a Lindy dance and the couple in the center is our former Bishop's daughter.
She's got skillz.

Too bad Yvonne had to get back to Canada. I would have shared the extra ticket that didn't get used with her. I know not everyone likes Ballroom Dance, but I love it so I think everyone should be able to go and enjoy such talent.

I have decided that as much as I love the 80's music and I LOVE the 80's the 50's had the best music and dancing. Seriously. I'm not just saying that to ge on my mom's good side. I'm already there. Plus, I am her favorite. It's true. Just ask my siblings and my mom;)

Tomorrow is Easter. Church first thing, then our Easter basket exchange, and finally off to dinner at my mom's for good food, family visiting, and an Easter egg hunt.

Read ya later.
