And the two became one

It was an amazing day. We spent the day getting ready and setting up. I will post pictures when I get them back. I didn't take any as I didn't have time to think about it. There were many who did so I'll get the pics from them and will do a post with Frog next to me.

I had ordered lighted calla lily garland and I hung it on the easels around her bridal pics.

Her Matron of Honor had her sister-in-law come and do the girls hair. She did a great job and they looked great. Frog was stunning. Oldest was handsome. They looked so good. Once Frog got her hair done we kept them apart so they couldn't see each other. It was funny, since they were both in my home, but they cooperated and we had a good time. We hid her away in a room at the church and the bishop met with them separately. Then we all sat down to wait. When Oldest and her were married I almost cried. They love each other so much.

I had no idea that my heart could feel so full and hold so much love. Jaguar was there wearing his pink tie and he was having a good time. Wiggly Worm was staying at another foster home. There was no way he could sit still and not get in trouble. I didn't want to put him in a situation where the expectations and need were above what he could do. So he went swimming, out to dinner, and had fun playing with another family who has a little guy close to his age and developmental stage. He had fun and I was able to relax and be there for my son and his new bride.

I gained a daughter on Friday (officially- we already counted her as ours). I got to see many friends and old neighbors. We are truly blessed.

All the greatness was made possible by the combined talents of family and friends. There is no other way that we could have done all that we did in just over two months and within our budget.

They come home from the devirgination vacation (thanks Lauren) today. I can't wait to see them open their gifts and then how they set up their home.

Today, all is right in my world. I am surrounded by family.
