What if No One Comes?

My adorable cousin, Andrea, is so silly. She is about to have her 3rd baby boy in 3 weeks. A little history on her is that she got married many years ago, but he was not good for her or to her. She did the single mom thing for a bit and then the best story begins here. She has this awesome husband. Anyone who knows Chris will testify that he is indeed one of the most amazing and greatest men on earth.

They have been trying to have a baby and were sent a gift from Heaven, and her dad who recently returned there. While she was single she got rid of most of her baby stuff so she needed a shower. Here's where I come in.

I am the family party planner. It's my calling. I shirked it during grad school, but that is another story. So we (Her visiting teacher, Julia, BFF, Dana, and her mom aka my aunt) set up an Open House shower for her ward members, our family, and Chris' family. Her BFF Dana, Visiting Teachers, in-laws, and Mom all helped with food and the house to host it at. (Since mine is for sale and was having an open house.)

The house was AMAZING.

The food FABULOUS.

She really did think that not many would show up. Apparently she has no idea how much she is loved. Silly, silly girl;)

My sis, Becky, Grandma J, Judy's booty (she'll be scolding me and kicking my butt after me about that, but it's so tiny:D), Auntie Elaine and my Mom, Lynda.

We had the open house for 3 hours. And. It. Was. Busy!!! She got so much cute and soft stuff. Her mom teased that she needed to move just to house all her loot.

Chris showed up on his way to work and he promptly saw that the shower for his first born was very productive! They made out big time.

Whilst her mom was otherwise detained visiting with others around the yummy food spread she enlisted my little helper, Tree Monkey, to help her undo the "do" and to hide the evidence.

It took her mom/aunt Judy about 10 minutes to notice. Muahahahahahaha!
I am in so much trouble for not stopping this from happening ;)

Fun time for all. We need more babies to celebrate in our family. Hello younger cousins and siblings. That comment was directed to you;)
