A: I got a friend of mine, Roger, a job at the aerospace technology company I worked for. One day this friend of his showed up during lunch. Roger wanted to go out with my BFF, but she and I did NOT do blind dates- without each other. I had just ended an engagement and thought all men, who weren't just my friend, sucked. Well this friend that showed up was rather cocky and I figured that he wouldn't be interested in anything more than a first date. So when Roger asked if I would set him up with my friend I told him that if he could get his friend to go so my BFF would agree. He did.
They lasted 4 months. We celebrate 19 years this month.

Q: What is your absolute favorite type of cheesecake?- Nancy Face
A: Key Lime. It's light and fruity.
Q: Which one of your kids is most like you? Nancy Face
A: Mini Me. At 13 she gets a lot of what I like and she does things in a similar way, mostly. She does well in school with just a little effort. She is smart and likes to help others. She organizes and plans parties- she must have been watching when I wasn't looking ;)
And when I posted this, she laughed because she knows how much fun I'm not when shopping for clothes for me. I'm picky, too.
Q: Are you ticklish, and if so, where? Nancy Face
A: Yes. My feet, sides, and tummy.
Q: What was the bestest vacation you ever took with your family? The worstest? Nancy Face
A: The bestest is when my mom came to Disneyland with us in 2005 when I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree. It was relaxing and we all got spend time together.
The worstest was when I was pregnant with Tree Monkey and we camped at Kolob. It was hotter than H-E-double toothpicks in the day and free-e-e-e-e-e-zing at night. I am high risk with pregnancies and it was the dumbest place to agree to go to; pregnant anyway.

A: I graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Utah Valley State College and my Master's of Social Work from the Univeristy of Utah. Attended numerous trainings on Play Therapy and audited a Play Therapy Class at Brigham Young University. Not many can say they attend the U and the Y at the same time- eh?
Practicum- 1st year- Local Mental Health Agency in Intensive Residential Treatment.
2nd year- Local School District Social Work Intern at the alternative high school.
Loved them both.
