Dessert- Sunday Afternoon Session

Boyd K. Packer-
Teach children patriotism. (of course there is more. I just didn't get it down.)

M. Russell Nelson-
We are that we might have joy.
Choose marriage of the highest quality.
A temple marriage embraces a partnership with God.

William d. Oswald-
Principles of teaching by Moroni:
#1. Show love to those you teach and call them by name.
#2. Teach from the scriptures.
#3. Encourage the pondering of gospel truths.

Eduardo Gavarret-
Help others to keep the flame of the gospel alive.
We express love for God when we focus on serving our neighbor.
We can make a difference in so many lives.
Engage in loving service,
Feed His sheep. Seek for His lost ones.

Carlos A. Godoy-
The spirit does not get our attention by shouting . . .it is a gentle feeling that we must heed.
Receiving the spirit of the still small voice can have a great impact on our testimony.
Experiment on teh Lord's word and exercise a parcel of faith.

Quentin L. Cook-
We can faithfully endure our trials.
Some trials are suited for our good and are designed for our own personal development.
The Lord expects us to be prepared for the trials in our lives.
Appreciate our blessings; regardless of our trials.
When times become too hard to bear, remember the Lord loves you and is with you.
The atonement can heal all.

President Thomas S. Monson-
Reach out to others.
Be men and women of honesty and integrity.
May we live together in peace, harmony, and love.
May we follow the Savior.
Listen for His voice.
Live so He may knock at our door and let us listen and open the door for Him.

A spiritual feast. I very much enjoyed the sessions. I have been taught and uplifted.
